NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 The Treasury Officer, Patna, is permitted to be impleaded as respondent no. 6 to the present application. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the State as well as the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner retired from the post of Deputy Registrar (Judicial), Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna, on 31.07.2018. He prays for entire retiral benefits as well as monthly pension along with its arrears with statutory interest. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State and Accountant General stating therein that 300 days of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5193 of 2019(4) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 unutilized leave has been sanctioned on 07.02.2019 as contained in Annexure 'B' to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State. The necessary Pension Payment Order for other retiral benefits has been prepared in favour of the petitioner on 28.02.2019 by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna, which is Annexure 'C' to the counter affidavit filed by the State.

Considering that the pension and post retiral benefits have been calculated and sanctioned, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 6, the Treasury Officer, Patna, to credit all the amount sanctioned in favour of the petitioner with admissible statutory interest within a period of two months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
