Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.200 of 2017, registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that in the night some unknown thieves committed theft into the shop of the informant. Submission is that merely on suspicion the petitioner was apprehended because he has two criminal antecedents but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 31.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Durga Kumar @ Durga Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8387 of 2018(2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Chapra, District Saran in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.200 of 2017.
