The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014 registered under Section-7 of Essential Commodities Act as also Sections-414 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that the alleged seizure of rice was made from outside the premises of godown of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
