2. This writ petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 22.07.2015 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 1008 of 2013 whereby the Tribunal refused to refund the amount of the harvested crops grown by the petitioners on their land situated in Thana No. 334, Tauzi No. 656, Khata No. 3, Khesra No. 1795 Area 4 Bigha, MauzaKusumaut.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the competent authority.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the appropriate forum as may be available to him in accordance with law.
