2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioners from 06.12.1994 to 05.02.1997.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in paragraph 18 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 7 specific stand has been taken that the petitioners have not annexed any representation in support of their pleadings.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners may be given an opportunity to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.3, namely, the District Magistrate, Buxar.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, petitioners are directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.3, namely, the District Magistrate, Buxar within four week from today. Respondent No.3, namely, the District Magistrate, Buxar is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioners within 90 days from the date of its filing along with a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
