Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 337, 338, 327, 332, 295(a), 153(A), 435, 307, 427, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus nature of allegation that the petitioner was found in the mob or involved in the occurrence of mischief etc. in protest against CAA. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2020.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12007 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No. 1093 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
