1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.07.2019, passed in CWJC No.18682 of 2018, the Circle Officer, Baikunthpur, District-Gopalganj, has initiated encroachment proceedings, vide Encroachment Case No.01 of 2019-20, whereupon it has transpired that Jamabandi is existing in favor of the encroachers and one of the encroacher has filed a title suit. In such view of the matter, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the Circle Officer, Baikunthpur, District-Gopalganj has already recommended for cancellation of the Jamabandi in question and appropriate steps shall be taken, expeditiously as also in accordance with law. It is directed accordingly.
