After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the authority to satisfy that the condition, that he has to physically produce all the patients whose operation had been done, is not practical and may be reviewed.
Learned counsel for the State does not object. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands
Patna High Court CWJC No.8188 of 2014 dt.22-11-2016 2/2 disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. If the petitioner approaches the authority in the aforementioned terms, within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of one month thereafter.
