Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.
The firearm was not recovered from possession of the petitioner. During investigation, it revealed that one Guriya Khatoon had supplied the same to the person, from whose possession recovery was made. Guriya Khatoon has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.55494 of 2017. It further came that the petitioner supplied to Guriya Khatoon. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10185 of 2018 (2) dt.22-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Town Police Station Case No.367 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
