The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77874 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to Covid-19 infection to his son, he could not surrender within the stipulated time before the court below to take advantage of the order.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extension of time for surrendering of the petitioner before the court below is allowed.

The order is modified to the extent that if the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15848 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from today, he will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 20.12.2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
