Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of the C.L.A.Act.

It appears that having similar allegation, coaccused Anil Sahni @ Anil Kumar against whom also there was criminal antecedent has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.4655 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2017.
