The present application has been filed against the impugned order dated 18.08.2012 in Maintenance Case No. 114/2009 whereby the learned court below has recalled the ex parte order as well as the three witnesses who were examined, after imposing cost on the opposite party. Further, learned court below has also directed the petitioner to return the original documents to the opposite party. It is apparent from the records that the impugned order has been passed on 18.08.2012 and the present application has been filed on 21.08.2013. Even otherwise also, this Court does not find that the learned court below has committed any illegality or material irregularity in passing the impugned order.
