The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420 and 389 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioner induced him to pay money for appointment as a teacher in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and, accordingly, the complainant and others made payment of rupees ten lakhs to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chit of paper to show any payment made to the petitioner and the present complaint case has been filed after two years of the alleged occurrence.
Having considered the fact that the complainant himself wanted to get appointment through back-door method and

No.2468 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 alleged to have paid money to the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran (Bettiah) in Complaint Case No. 571-C/13, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
