The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.167 of 2018/G.R. No.5496 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498-A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is torturing the opposite party no.2 by her husband (petitioner) and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and removing the opposite party no.2 from the matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner has filed Divorce Case No.26 of 2018 against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13559 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 the opposite party no.2 on 05.02.2018, due to that reason, only to put undue pressure, the opposite party no.2 has lodged the present case on 23.06.2018.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.167 of 2018/G.R. No.5496 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
