KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that from the house of the petitioner 500 gram ganja was recovered. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from his house and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The recovered ganja is much below the commercial quantity. He is in custody since 10.4.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
