The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021.
