1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being father-in-law and brother-in-law (Devar) of the deceased have been falsely implicated in the instant by the informant alleging that his daughter was married to Raj Kumar on 25.06.2023 and after marriage the accused persons including the petitioners were demanding dowry as detailed in the F.I.R and for non-fulfillment of the same, the victim was being

It is further alleged that when the victim informed the informant about torture and assault, he went to her matrimonial home in order to get the dispute resolved and thereafter brought his daughter and son-in-law to his house where after having dinner the victim along with her husband went to sleep in her room but in the morning when his daughter did not wake up he went to find out and saw that the room was locked from outside, as such, he opened the room and saw that her husband was missing and the daughter was dead. The learned counsel submits that what is not disputed rather stands admitted is that the deceased died at her parental home. It is further submitted that as far as allegation of dowry is alleged the same is ornamental in nature. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased is in judicial custody and the petitioners will not abscond rather will co-operate in the investigation.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on
