This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017, G.R. No. 3255 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Allegation against petitioner is that he used to run a business of immoral trafficking in a rented house situated at Tribhuvan Narayan, Doctors Colony and some objectionable articles were also recovered from the said house. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner was not arrested on the spot and no incriminating articles were recovered from his possession. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15004 of 2018(3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 custody since 4.9.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017, G. R. No.3255 of 2017.
