This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) PS Case No. 60 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the son of the informant which led to injury on the head. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner had surrendered before the court below on 08.01.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13626 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 and he is in custody since then.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.01.2019, this application is allowed subject to some condition. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM -IV, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) PS Case No. 60 of 2018 subject to the condition that bailors should be the family members of the petitioner.
