JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.12.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Barh in Tr. No. 3373 of 2014 arising out of Mokama P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge. Leave is granted.
