The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the parties have settled their dispute by way of mediation bearing Mediation Proceeding No. 207 of 2019 which is evident from the mediation report at flag 'A'. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioners in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
