Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18(c),27(b)(ii) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 2008 as well as 188/414 of the Indian penal Code.

The petitioner and others were standing outside the medical shop from where unauthorized psychotropic drug was recovered.

Submission is that the shop is not of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Ravindra Yadav & others have been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.24664 of 2021.

Considering the submission aforesaid and completion

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25291 of 2021(3) dt.21-09-2021 2/2 of investigation of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sursand (Sitamarhi) Police Station Case No.394 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
