ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Chapra R.P.F. case No.1071 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran at Chapra. Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
