2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The deceased was killed by 5-6 unknown persons. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Shivam Kumar @ Dhalo Yadav.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19615 of 2023 has granted bail to Shivam Kumar @ Dhalo Yadav. The petitioner is in custody
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12637 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 since 04.09.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.1st Class, Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura/concerned Court in connection with Gwalpara P.S.
