JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 153A, 295 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners took out a Tajiya procession without having licence of authority and during same procession, some clothes were put on the idol of Bajrangbali. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled only on suspicion. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1444 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhni P.S. Case No. 410 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The learned court below will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners if they get involved in some serious nature of offence or default for two consecutive occasions.
