JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Piro (Hasan Bazar) PS Case No. 235 of 2017 registered under Section 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that only two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.9.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pawan Kumar Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) PS Case No. 235 of 2017.
