====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 23.09.2017 seeks bail in connection with, Araria P.S.Case No. 279 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner wanted the deceased to transfer her share of land in his favour, so petitioner and others assaulted informant's sister causing her death. Submission is that there is land dispute in between both sides and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the FIR named 08 accused persons and as per post-mortem report, there are only two ante-mortem injuries found on the person of the deceased.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Md. Shafik @ Md. Saffique @ Shafique is
