JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Mr. Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer a revision against the appellate order in terms of Clause 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.
