2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per prosecution case , marriage of the daughter of informant was solemnized with this petitioner 10 years ago as per Hindu rites and customs and thereafter, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner along with other co-accused persons tortured and harassed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of cow and motorcycle and subsequently, killed her and concealed the dead body in husk to disappear the evidence .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14511 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 petitioner is husband of the deceased. Allegation is general and omnibus against him. No specific allegation is alleged against this petitioner. There is nothing on record to substantiate the involvement of this petitioner in the alleged occurrence . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation against him is that he along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant and concealed the dead body in husk to disappear the evidence .
6. Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased, nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre - arrest bail petition of the petitioner is rejected.
