JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH) 30-06-2026 The present application has been preferred by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 13.09.2012 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 11913 of 2012, wherein following directions have been issued:

"Under the above circumstances, this Court directs the District Magistrate, Darbhanga to conduct an enquiry into the

Patna High Court MJC No.512 of 2026(6) dt.30-06-2026 2/3 matter as it emerges that sub-standard material has been used by the person who has undertaken the above construction, the ultimate result should be reported to the State authorities for further action into the matter."

2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party No. 4, wherein following statements have been made in paragraph No. 8:

"That it is humbly submitted that in pursuance of the aforesaid direction, a joint enquiry was in fact conducted on 02.04.2026 at the concerned school premises by the Deputy Collector, Executive Engineer, Building Construction Engineer, BSEIDC and other Department, concerned representatives, and during such spot inspection the committee physically examined the additional classrooms constructed at the institution, inspected the roof slabs, ceiling condition, plaster surface, brick work, construction material used, visible structural quality, finishing standards and the overall condition of the constructed portions, whereafter detailed findings were officially recorded in writing."

3. Considering the statements as referred above, this court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the present matter as the order under contempt has already been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
