Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation is recovery of 91.640 litres illicit liquor from a car belonging to petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has two criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 16.12.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioner has two
