2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

3 From perusal of Paragraph No. 154 the case diary it appears that proceeding under Section 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioners and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioners stands dismissed.
