2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 240/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution story in short is that the informant Sunita Devi alleged that she along with her husband participated in Satsang on 08.09.2022 and at about 07:00 p.m, when her husband went to have some light refreshment, in the meantime, co-accused Ranjeet Yadav and Sanjeev Yadav came and caught her husband and these petitioners along with other co-accused are alleged to have fired upon the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13618 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 informant indiscriminately. Her husband died during the course of treatment on 09.09.2022. The petitioners are in custody since 13.05.2024.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the accusation, the application is dismissed.
