The petitioner is in custody in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016, a case under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 IPC was also added.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted to husband of the informant causing his death. The petitioners are in custody since 27.06.2016.

Earlier prayer was refused on 01.03.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50426 of 2016 with a liberty to renew the prayer if the trial is not concluded within nine months. The trial against the petitioners has not concluded nor there is any chance of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3379 of 2018 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 conclusion in near future.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Haspura Police Station Case No. 104 of 2016 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
