The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 105/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 17.06.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18481 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 17.06.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18481 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within

No.24696 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
