The petitioner seeks quashing of F.I,R. of Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.17 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The petitioner is a named accused in the F.I.R.
The allegations made in the F.I.R. do constitute a cognizable offence.
