This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kajraili P.S. Case No.37 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that the victim has got married with the petitioner. The petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16883 of 2024(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 custody since 27.09.2023 having clean antecedent. 5.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) -cum- 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kajraili P.S.
