Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the petitioner and others. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he had committed assault at the head of the informant with iron rod thrice. The Doctor has found single head injury, caused by hard blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
