Though the present petition has been filed complaining about the disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.04.2018, passed in CWJC No.11186 of 2017, but the learned counsel for the contemnors has referred to the showcause, which has been filed today itself in the Court and has

Patna High Court MJC No.688 of 2019 dt.05-07-2023 2/2 been taken on record that the order of this Court has been complied with, inasmuch as the representation filed by the petitioner has been disposed off by a reasoned order dated 18.02.2020, a copy thereof has also been sent to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has already stood paid and he is getting pension regularly. 2.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the contemnors, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present contempt petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities in case of any subsisting grievance.
