This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Saguli Railway P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022 registered under section 147, 148, 149, 353, 357, 338, 435, 427, 379, 150, 151, 153, 74(A), P.N. Act and 3⁄4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to be indulged in protest at Bettiah Railway Station against Agniveer Scheme of Government and also the petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20625 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-IV Bettiah, Wesh Champaran in connection with Saguli Railway P.S.
