2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 445/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c)/ 21(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, recovery is of 9.06 gm of smack from the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has four criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 01.01.2026 The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the intermediate quantity of narcotics recovered from the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 445/2025.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Teghra Police Station, District- Begusarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
