2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No.147 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is said to have shot at the victim causing injury on his chest.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2024 and he has three criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
