JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's land was transferred through registered sale deed by petitioner no.1 in favour of petitioner no.2. Petitioner no.3 was the witness to the sale deed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the sale deed executed on 21.09.1998, the FIR was lodged on 14.02.2013 when in the Revenue records the land was recorded in the name of petitioner no.2 and he is paying rent to the Government.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2310 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 511 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
