This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 6, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.50 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, by a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13138 of 2026(2) dt.14-07-2026 2/2 Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.71327 of 2025. 3.

It appears that the bail order was passed after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant therein and if the petitioner has not pointed out the fact of issuance of process under section 82 of the Cr.P.C. before the Coordinate Bench while the impugned order was being passed, now, he cannot point out the same by filing a cancellation of bail petition.

Accordingly, this cancellation bail application is rejected.
