JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Gaurichak PS Case No. 64 of 2017 registered under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's husband went away in the night from the home but did not return back, next day Laxman Mnjhi brought sandal and scarf of the informant's husband and informed that he had quarrel with him in the previous night and thereafter he has escaped away. Suspicion is raised against Laxman Manjhi for killing her husband.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in FIR, petitioner No. 1 is brother-in-law of the FIR named accused Laxman Manjhi and except disclosure of his name in the killing of the deceased by Laxman Manjhi there is no other material. The petitioners are husband and wife and the police has completed investigation.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Shailendra Manjhi and Kanchan Devi are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2078 of 2018 (3) dt.17-02-2018 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anant Kumar, Judicial Magtistrate, lst Class, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak PS Case No. 64 of 2017.
