JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S.Case No. 04 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that police, on receiving information that petitioner had concealed arms in his filed by the side of his Dalan, recovered two firearms, one country made rifle and another country made pistol.

Submission is that as per FIR, at that time petitioner was in jail and the father of the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

Whereas learned counsel for the State submits that there is allegation in the FIR that petitioner had kept arms in the field and he has also criminal antecedents and is in custody only since

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner, at this stage, is rejected. Petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after six months. (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U
