The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that he has not been paid group insurance, difference of dearness allowance and difference of salary on account of revised pay scale and difference of salary on account of ACP from 01.07.2010 to 31.3.2018 as stated in para-7 of the writ application.
Considering the fact that petitioner has retired on 30.4.2018 from Patna Municipal Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to complete all the formalities with regard to post retiral dues within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3900 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment thereof within the aforesaid period, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to 9% interest on all retiral dues from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
