====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sabour P. S. Case No.28 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 135 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a pick up van.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2021 and he claims to be a person of clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24178 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P. S. Case No.28 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
