The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 601 of 2022 registered under Sections 25(a-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been transpired in this case merely on the statement of co-accused, namely, Himanshu. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13593 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 601 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
