The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Mahila P.S. Saran Case No. 56 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
